CrossFit AW offers classes suitable for all abilities whether you're a beginner or experienced. Each class is capped at 16 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

ArenaFit

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
5:45 - 6:45am
5:30 - 6:30pm

Mondays
6:30 - 7:30pm

 

CrossFit classes involving a range of equipment such as barbells, kettle bells, sleds, ropes, wall balls, cardio equipment and a gymnastics rig. You will be challenged every class through a variety of movements carefully programmed by ALTR. No two days will be the same!

ArenaLifts

Fridays
6:30 - 7:30pm

A more intimate setting for our heavy lifters or those wanting to concentrate on technique and strength. Here, we focus on the Olympic lifts with specific programming to help increase those PB's. Banter is a must!

 

ArenaOpen

Tuesdays and Thursdays
4:30 - 6:30pm

Open gym allows you to free time to use the equipment, work on weaknesses and focus on accessory work. Our friendly coaches will be around to help you with whatever you are wanting to focus on or to train alongside you.

 

Saturday Squads

Saturdays
8:30 - 9:30am

Here we bring the community together to start the weekend off well. With unlimited spots, Saturday mornings will consist of team workouts, so you can train with your family and friends, or compete against them. You choose.
