We offer classes suitable for all abilities whether you're a beginner or experienced.

Each class is capped so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

ArenaFit

Mon, Wed, Thurs
5am + 6am
5:30pm + 6:45pm

 

ArenaFit classes are Strength & Conditioning group fitness classes and involve a range of equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, sleds, ropes, wall balls, cardio equipment and a gymnastics rig.

You will be challenged every class through a variety of movements which can be scaled to every fitness & movement level. Session includes warm-up, skill/strength/accessory work & finishing with a workout of the day + cool-down/mobility.

 
 
 

ArenaLadies

Mon, Weds, Fri
9:30am

This class is just for our mana wahine! Whether you’re a super-fit athlete, or you’re just returning to training again post-partum, there’s a safe space for you here.

We also know how hard it can be juggling mumlife & making time to workout, which is why we’ve ensured these classes are child-friendly. Bring your little ones along - there’s plenty of space for prams, or bring along snacks, toys or devices to set them up while you get in your training session.

 
 
 

ArenaOpen

Weekdays
4:00pm - 5:25pm

This is your chance to use the equipment/space to do your own training, develop your weaknesses, focus on accessory work, or even catch up on wods - all outside of regular class time. ✊🏽

Open box runs on the second floor (please leave main floor free for kids/teens classes). Please note, coaches aren't available during this time.

 
 
 

ArenaGrind

Tuesdays
5am + 6am
5:30pm + 6:45pm

ArenaGrind is our latest action-packed class, guaranteed to get your endorphins flowing on Tuesdays! Come prepared to WOD for a solid 45+mins where you can chip away at the workload at your own pace with short, allocated rest periods. Perfect for those wanting to build their engine or looking at getting onto that competition floor.

Dynamic strength & conditioning classes specifically designed for kids. ArenaKids has a strong focus on learning new skills that transfer to a range of sports/disciplines and is all about developing an early love for fitness, with fun-packed programming, an awesome Coach & a supportive, safe environment.

 
 
 

ArenaLifts

Fridays
5am + 6am
5:30pm + 6:45pm

End the week with us under the bar! A class for those wanting to concentrate on technique and strength and for our heavy lifters. Here, we focus on the Olympic lifts with specific programming to help increase those PB's. Banter is a must!
