We offer classes suitable for all abilities whether you're a beginner or experienced.
Each class is capped at 20 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

ArenaFit
Mornings:
Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri 5am + 6am

ArenaFit classes involve a range of equipment such as barbells, kettle bells, sleds, ropes, wall balls, cardio equipment and a gymnastics rig. You will be challenged every class through a variety of movements carefully programmed by our Head Coach Luke. No two days will be the same!

ArenaLifts
Thursdays 5:30pm
ArenaLifts is a more intimate setting for our heavy lifters or those wanting to concentrate on technique and strength. Here, we focus on the Olympic lifts with specific programming to help increase those PB's. Banter is a must!

ArenaOpen
Mon, Wed, Fri 4:30pm - 5:30pm
ArenaOpen is where we open our box to allow you free time to use the equipment, work on weaknesses and focus on accessory work. Please note that coaching is not available during open box, as our head coaches use this time to train alongside you. The main floor is also in use for ArenaTeens, but you will have full use of the second floor.

ArenaEnduro
Tuesday morning 5am + 6am
Tuesday evening 5.30pm
Build your endurance by working through multiple WODS in one session. This is an action-packed class with a full one hour running clock set to allow you to chip away at the workload at your own pace with short, allocated rest periods. Perfect for those wanting to build their engine or looking at getting onto that competition floor.

ArenaGymnastics
Thursday evening 6.45pm
This class is set aside just for you to develop your gymnastics skills. Spend an hour with Coach Houston on a Thursday night as he breaks down technique so you can learn, practice and master movements such as T2B (toe to bars), handstands, rope climbs and more! Soon you’ll be walking upside-down, touching the roof and flying above & around that rig!

ArenaSquads
Saturdays 7am + 8:30am
On Saturday’s ArenaSquads we bring the community together to start the weekend off strong! The programming consists of partner/team workouts, so you can train with your family and friends, or compete against them. You choose.
