Our mission is to provide a team training environment where individuals can work on improving their health and fitness through our strength and conditioning classes. These dynamic, small classes will challenge you, help you increase strength through a range of carefully programmed weightlifting and body weight workouts, as well improve your overall fitness levels by incorporating a range of cardio activities. 

Our coaching team understand how hard it can be to get your workouts in around hectic schedules & when you have children! We have ensured that there are a range of class time options to suit and our facilities have been carefully thought out to ensure they are family-friendly, so you can balance your training and family without the stress. 

All of our mahi here at The Arena is informed and underpinned by our unique set of core values; Family, Community, Excellence, Progress & Integrity. Our priority is creating a safe and supportive training community here for you at The Arena. You don’t have to be a beast to join us! Just turn up, and our friendly staff will do the rest to help you become a better version of yourself.
