ArenaFit

ArenaFit classes are Strength & Conditioning group fitness classes and involve a range of equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, sleds, ropes, wall balls, cardio equipment and a gymnastics rig.
You will be challenged every class through a variety of movements which can be scaled to every fitness & movement level. Session includes warm-up, skill/strength/accessory work & finishing with a workout of the day + cool-down/mobility.
ArenaGrind
Tuesdays

ArenaGrind is our latest action-packed class, guaranteed to get your endorphins flowing on Tuesdays! Come prepared to WOD for a solid 45+mins where you can chip away at the workload at your own pace with short, allocated rest periods. Perfect for those wanting to build their engine or looking at getting onto that competition floor.
ArenaTeens

Dynamic strength and conditioning classes designed specifically for teens. ArenaTeens is all about building real strength, confidence, and athletic ability through smart, skill-focused training that carries over into any sport or discipline. Expect challenging sessions, solid coaching, and a supportive environment where you can push yourself, learn new skills, and actually enjoy the process of getting fitter and stronger.

End the week with us under the bar! A class for those wanting to concentrate on technique and strength and for our heavy lifters. Here, we focus on the Olympic lifts with specific programming to help increase those PB's. Banter is a must!
ArenaSquads
Start your weekend strong with our Saturday Arena Squads! These high-energy team or partner workouts are all about sharing the load and having fun. Expect a mix of workouts across a 45-minute running clock — from long chippers to intervals, lifting to cardio, and everything in between. Whether you’re pushing with a partner or throwing down in a team, it’s a great way to sweat, connect, and kick off the weekend the right way.
