HEATSHEETS 2025

This year we’re mixing things up to bring even more energy to the day! Instead of everyone doing the same workout at the same time, we’ll have three WODs running at once in different areas of the gym. You and your team-mate will move between these spaces for your workouts.

Why we’re doing it this way:

  • It makes for a more exciting, festival-style atmosphere with action happening everywhere.

  • Smaller floors mean a more supportive environment — perfect for the many first-time competitors joining us this year (we see you girls!)

  • You’ll still get plenty of rest between workouts (about 60 minutes) to recover and hit each one at your best.

The only exception to this rule will be our RX girls, because when they take the floor, it’s all eyes on them — they’ll have the full time slot to themselves to showcase their hard-earned strength and skill.

We’ll all come together for the final WOD on the main competition floor — an epic finish to the day.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

There won’t be separate marshalling or individual WOD briefings this year — instead, we’ll have one big briefing at 7:00 AM where we’ll demo all the workouts and movements so you know exactly how it all works. It’s essential you’re there for this, so you can simply warm up and hit the floor when it’s your turn.

EVENT OVERVIEW:

7AM: GLADIATRIX briefing (all athletes and judges)

8AM - 11.15AM: WODS 1-3 (all teams moving through)

11.30 - 12.40PM: WOD 4

1PM: Prizegiving

Finally, please check back on the heat sheets right up until the day before the event, as there may be minor changes to timings or lanes.
